I'm in the process of making a gym sparing no expense, but I've hit a snag. The area that I'm making it has a ceiling of only 7 or so feet, so all ready made chin up/dip stations are too tall. Does anyone know where I could get or how I could make one that's shorter. I don't mind having to start on my knees to do chins. Keep in mind that I don't have the option of drilling holes in the ceiling or wall.

Go with squat rack with a chining bar on top. Many racks also have an attachement you can use for dips.

That pieace of machine isn't all that popular...atleast at my gym. You prolly be better off getting another ab machine....or power rack.

I've heard of those attachments, but are you sure it would be low enough?

If you get a power rack that fits in the space you have, then yes, I'm positive it would be low enough.
