i just discovered these and have to say they are amazing. seems like a good souce of protein and fiber, with a good taste too. my favorite right now is oatmeal rasin cookie, but will soon be trying more. just wanted to let anyone interested in a new snack or somethin to check em out.

ya thats the only thing i think they sort high about 30g of sugar in each of them. i eat a pretty low sugar diet so would you say they are fine to eat still or no?

I think you are better eating a real food snack, chicken and veggies, a little rice but if it fits in your plan and you still see the results you want, y'know.
Just that is a lot of sugar.....

ya i figured i've just been using them as a quick on the go snack or something to eat in between classes or in the morning if i over sleep.

Try Kashi TLC chewy granols bars. I eat the peanut peanut butter flavor for a snack sometimes. They have 7 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber and only 5 grams of sugar. It's a much better choice! Plus you can pick up a box of 6 for $2 and some change at Wal-Mart.
