So my suggestest nuritional plan is as follows for my Daily Target:
Calories Carbohydrates Proteins Fats
3,155 kcal 507.5 g 203.0 g 38.6 g
I'm trying to loose body fat but still gain muscle. And my question is if the suggested amount of fat I intake it correct or not? I know it should be low but this just seems really low to me.

Fill out your profile Jon, otherwise it's impossible to say; however, the carb amount seems rather high.

looks just from my point of view very high calorie intake for someone trying to cut fat...pick a goal either bulk while trying to maintain little fat gain or losing fat almost impossible to do both usually you end up not doing either

this site's calculations run high.
Try 2500 calories.
I think you need to figure out how many calories you have been averaging before drastically changing that amount, though. eat normally and see how many calories you have been getting, then phase into the new amount if it is very diferent.
Often just cleaning up the foods you are eating, while remaining in the same calorie range will result in fat loss.
Try starting with a 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 split for protein/carbs/fat and see how your body responds.
