Okay--I've lost the weight and am left with LOTS of stretch marks :0( I know they wont ever go away and they will just fade, that I have excepted, BUT. What can I expect. Right now, my belly hangs. Even though I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Is that going to go away in time? Is there any specific I should be doing? I am 5'6" and weight 130. Im am just not sure what I should be doing I guess.
I feel your pain! just had a baby in November 2006. I still have the flabby belly :( i suggest doing situps and crunches, and pushups, i managed to get my under layer all rock hard, just having a hard time with the top layer of what i call FLUB. LoL. Any tips??
