Hi guys and gals! I am new to the ft community as of a 1/2 hour or so! I used to be athletic, but I gained sympathy weight from 4 kids, became a chef, and started smoking. Now I quit smoking, and I am feeling a lot better - so I want what I lost! I welcome any advice or tips on starting back!:)
