You want to lose pounds or fat?? If you just want to lose pounds, a Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers diet plan will do you. If you want to lose fat, then you need proper exercise and proper diet, and it is not so fast, but much better for you and your end result.

Well, if you buld up your lean tissue you will lose fat in return. Good protien, good carbs, and the right amount of good fats will do it. Cardio 3 times a week with the resistance training will get you there! Good Luck.

You say you eat right, can you give a sample meal plan for a day? And how often and what is your resistance training like? this is more beneficial to your fat burning than cardio, though cardio is also needed in the mix. It is just that some females kind of have a tendency (probably by the media), to lack on resistance training and emphasize on cardio. Weight training is what will actually shape your body, and lean tissue will actually burn fat. Cardio will aid you in your calorie deficit.
