I am new to FreeTrainers. I am back exercising after a long hiatus. I would like to lose about 40 lbs (I have sort of let myself go over the past year.) I am tired of being the overweight mom driving the minivan! I know I can lose the weight, I have done it before. Any help or support you guys could give would be great!
Welcome.... there is alot of information here... get plan and a diet and start there. You may need some tweeking now and then but all the help you need is available on this site. Good luck!
