I am a new mother, first time mother as well. I have very little time to workout. My trouble spots are my tummy and "love handles". Are there any excerises that targets these place that I can do with out a machine?
get bub in a pram if the weather permits and walk baby! i think its the best thing ever quality time outdoors with bub and getting your butt moving, alot of the time bub falls asleep too which is just an added bonus.
