I drink 3 litters of water a day. Is that enough or should I bump it up to 4.5 litters? (I use litters because that's what my water bottles use). Thanks!

yeah sounds good to me also i try for a us gallon a day but thats on workout days and me being fat when i workout aggressive i tend to sweat and hence use more water
