I want to personally congratulate my daughter for sticking with the working out and her biggest achievement of quitting smoking! WOOT!

Two days after she joined us two weeks ago, she stopped cold turkey! She is now going into her third week of training and has by far superceded her goals in weights and training, I think she is HOOKED! LOL!

So congrats Yvonne, and keep going strong!:love::love::dumbbell:

(now if I can only get her to stop whining about push ups! lol)
