I'm due to start creatine again (3 month on/off).I have been using pure creatine which has been beneficial.I just read a magazine recommending Metrx Amped as a creatine.Having tried to research this product I am still confused, is this supplement to be used post/during workout and if so I thought it is best to have your creatine after training, any advice would be very welcome, Cheers.
