I am only 33 years old have 4 wonderful children but, I weight 50 pounds more than I am supposed to. I have tried everything. I have spent alot of money on different programs and I have even built a gym at my house. I got a tanning bed(to make me feel better about myself) but I can't seem to stay on track. I'll start working out for 3 or 4 days then quit. I can't seem to find a partner. I need help and motivation. I wake up in the morning thinking this is the day but by lunch I quit and after supper I think I'll start tomorrow for sure. I can't live like this anymore. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to FT! You'll find lots of motivation, support and more importantly usefull information about diet and exercise right here on FT. When I read your post the first thing that came to mind is that you probably need to sit down and write out some goals and set a defined workout/diet plan for the next 8 weeks. The workout programs on this site are really good and if you search you'll find lots of great diet plans. Good luck!
