There's a BodyBuilder who goes to my gym. I asked him to write down a diet for me the other day. One point in the diet was eat as much fruit as you want before 12 pm.....but none after. I haven't seen him since and wondered if anybody has ever heard of this. I just wondered why is this and what would eating fruit after 12 pm do to you body?
Did he also limit your carbs? Sounds like he doesn't want you to consume too many certain carbs as they will simply just get stored in your body and turn in to fat. Perhaps you are less active in the pm. I dont eat ANY carbs after 6:00Pm even fruit.
