I saw something posted on these a while back on this message board but I can't remember what it said. Does anyone mind telling me some figures about these (i.e. Is the cholesterol in them good or bad or a bit of both, etc). Should you're intake of these be in moderation?

I think no more than one a day is acceptable. :) Katie

Agree, one a day is sufficient. Eggs do contain cholesterol however, it's not blood cholesterol so therefore it doesn't have a direct effect on raising your levels. Eggs have had a bad reputation through the years, they're actually pretty good for you. Especially the yoke which contains some critical vitamins not to mention 9 grams or so of protein. I try to eat one a day myself.

I like to hard boil an omega-3 egg and take it to the gym with me and eat it straight after the workout. A box of six costs as much as one protein bar! Katie xx

I found these again at Schnucks (thought they had discontinued them). What more could a guy ask for - omega-3's in one of the greatest foods ever! I, personally, don't think there's a hard upper limit to the number of eggs one can eat. Just follow moderation. I'd eat 2-3 every day for breakfast if I had the time.
