I'm trying to stay on this meal plan where I eat 6 small meals/day. I feel like I'm eating ALL the time.........Because I went to the gym in the early afternoon......I missed lunch so when I returned, it was either my snack or lunch! What do you guys do? Got any suggestions for me?
if you absolutely have trouble fitting in 6 small meals you can do five meals a day, that is what i do, i make the biggest meal right after my workout and try to implement a lot of protein into that as they are recovering. hope this helps.
