was wondering how badly alcohol affect performance. i am going to mardi gras and plan on just letting loose, how badly could 4-5 days of drinking hurt me. i also like to go out now and then a suck a few down, how bad is this for my workouts.
There are a few other posts on this same topic in some of the other areas if you look around a bit. Otherwise, I'm sure some folk will reiterate it here for you. =) Bottom line is alcohol isn't great for you, but it seems the consensis is to enjoy in moderation.
