Obviously I'm new here. I decided to do this for 2 reasons - My wife asked me to help her with losing weight, and I thought I might as well try to put on some weight and muscle while I'm at it.
It would seem I have a lot of work and eating to do. I amd 175cm (5'9") tall, and weigh 55kg, (121 lbs):(
As part of my goals, I am hoping that I will be able to compete in an annual Adventure Race (6 days long) in about 18 months (i figure I should give myself plenty of time to get in the shape I need to be, and make sure that I can actually do it).
I have filled in my profile, and have printed out my nutrition and training plans. But I don't want to wait until Monday to get started.
Can I start doing some of these as practice between now and Monday, and then start for real on Monday and begin filling in the results?
