I have been working out since January every other day. When I started I weight a measly 130 that fluxuated about 5 pounds. Now I weigh 155, and I increased my bench press from 125 10 reps to 195 10 reps. I think that is good, but I havent noticed any mass build up. I feel a lot stronger, but I still consider myself a stick. What can I do to really put on the mass?
