How do you fit eggs into your diet? I know that for the most part I should eat only the egg white. I boiled some eggs mainly for the convenience but was dissapointed when I looked up the nutrition facts. An egg white only has 3 grams of protien and 16 calories. Youd have to eat a lot of egg whites to make a meal of them.

Many people will supplement one whole egg with some egg whites. I'm to lazy. I eat the whole thing.

I eat two whole eggs plus four egg whites pretty much every morning. How many egg yolks you consume with the whites is determined by how closely you need to monitor your fat intake. If you can afford the extra fat, then eat the eggs whole.

I eat 5 to 6 Eggs every morning and sometimes even as a last meal both as 2 Whole and 3 or 4 Whites only.
My typical Breakfast is 5 Eggs with 2 being whole topped with Salsa or Hot Sauce, (Shake)1 Cup of Oats, 1 and a Half cups of Milk, 1 Scoop of Protein Powder, handful of Berries and 4 Fish Oil Caps.

thats like drinking a diet coke while eating a double 1/4 lber with cheese and bacon......no mayo!
its not terribly cost effective to throw away half of the egg either.

My yolks don't usually go to waste. I have one dog for each yolk I don't eat (well, in one sitting, I don't have thousands of dogs);-)
Anyway, I buy 5 dozen eggs for a little over $5.00. Eggs are pretty darn cheap.
