Anyone tried it? My Naturopath referred me to this book....I've been reading it tonite, sounds quite interesting. I'm curious to hear from people who are "in the Zone"

All diets have some merit, and may be right for some. Depends on your goals and aspirations. If you are looking for a firm, toned, lean body, then I would leave the zone diet alone or any other "commercial" diet and concentrate on exercise and proper diet to accomidate the process. The Zone diet will not do this.

The 'Zone Diet' is based on a 40-30-30 C-P-F breakdown. In that respect, yes, it works, but not by itself. I'm honestly not sure what else the diet entails. I can tell you, however, save your money and don't buy all the special 40-30-30 premade meals, shakes, etc. that they sell. You want a daily 40-30-30 breakdown if you follow that diet, individual items need not fit that breakdown. As bb1 said, the diet is just half the equation.
