when the serving for oatmeal is 1 1/2 cups is that cooked or uncooked? thanks!

Why would your serving size be so high? Usually 1/2 cup is sufficient, even on a carb meal it is usually only 1 cup. Rule of thumb on serving sizes is always uncooked, unless otherwise stated.
