Hello i am 18. about 6'0, 178lbs. i have alot of fat on me and i would like to lose most of it by the end of june. i dont go to the gym much but i go to boxing about 4 days a week for 2 hours a day. but i cant get those last pounds off i want. i would love to get some advice from anyone who could help me get those last pounds off.
