Hi My names Hamad, im trying to gain muscle. need a bit more hlp o how to do that.to see if my diet is correct and hopefully get some tips if possible.

You need to tell us more about your diet.

The Basics:

Eat clean
Eat enough to gain weight (if you are not gaining weight...eat more)

80% of you workout should be compound movements:
Squat, Lung, Deadlift, Rows/Pulls, Pressing movements.

(sets)x(reps)
Lift heavy - with a lower rep scheme 5x5, 4x6 10x3 are just few examples.

Try to increase the weight each week.
