In the winter here in Mn grilling chicken is a bit out of the question, so I bake it. Basically I just throw a plain chicken breast onto a pan with tinfoil under it at 375 degrees until it's cooked and eat it with a bit of katsup on the side. My question is, is baked chicken as healthy of a choice as grilled?

Absolutely.
If you do want it grilled, you could get a Foreman indoor grill. It's not the same as the real thing, but it's quick and easy.

Hey there, the Forman grills are great. You can cook lots of things on them. Most steak, GREAT chicken, put veggies on it with the meat. And it cooks up the food very nice. Living in an apt. we can't have a BBQ. so its great. :)

One note, the ketchup...most are pretty loaded with sugar. If this is not an issue, then disregard.Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, baked chicken is just as good as grilled. A george foremant grill may save you lots of time though. I got one for Christmas, 7 min. and grilled chicken!! Or steaks, or whatever.

Are these grills easy to clean?

Very much so....just let them cool, and take a damp rag and wipe them down. No submerging. Couple minutes, and ready to go again.

I really miss the bbq the last month. Just been too cold.
I was pondering the GF grill, but wasn't sure if it was just a gadget and hard to clean.

the george foreman grill takes 15 secs to clean, and is the best gadget I have used in a long time. I cook all my meat on it,and it takes like 10 mins or less. nothing but good words about it from everyone who has one.
