Ok, I am looking to shed a few winter lbs. I have followed a meal plan in the past and it worked great. basically it outlined every meal for me. ie: eat this for breaky, this for lunch, and you will lose x amt of weight by ___. I really liked it and reached my goal without a problem. I dont have a lot of time to plan my meals, wondering what will be good/not good, beneficial, will set me back etc. now my question: does anyone know of a website/book/mag where I can find a good meal plan to follow? I like all foods, but definitely NOT interested in low carb/zone-like diets. I would like a tried and tested menu. Thanks

Just eat clean foods, no processed food and good carbs and fats. It works.

thanks, mabie I wasnt clear...I would like some good meal ideas made from good for you food. I know that the key is to eat good food, but my problem is that I would like a balanced menu plan laid out for me, so I am not spending many hours a day figuring optimum portions, food etc. basically im looking for a start-up guide to meals I should be eating. I know the foods I need to eat, but not the meals. Just looking for basically "a week in the life" type meal plan. any help is appreciated
