I need to know the best way to make my own protein drinks. I am using non-fat milk, sometimes bananas or oranges. Please tell me what you think is best.
Good question! I'll tell you how I like 'em. Right now I am using Simply Protein by EAS vanilla flavor.
2 scoops Protein 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 cup frozen strawberries Splenda to taste 5g L-glutamine (optional) 2 teaspoons BCAAS (optional) water (I pour a little into the blender then add a little at a time as I blend to get the consistency of a milkshake)
