hi i am just starting on here.i am 29 and am trying to get back in the shape when i was a teenager.back then i had 1% body fat and lean muscle.my body fat now is 11%.my goal is to get back to 1% and add more muscle.i have to train at home because i can't afford the gym.i have a bench press and free weights thats it.any help to get maximum gains is appreciated.
