I'm going away for 8 days at the end of May, staying in a hotel, eating out every day, i'll be with 5 others. I'm on a strict diet and workout plan now, and plan to continue it while Im away, BUT i wont have the luxary of preparing all my own food. I know to make the wiser choices at restraunts for meals, but for breakfast, whats the easiest while on the road? protein bars? shakes? any suggestions?

Well if you have the space time and a cooler make shakes..take milk or water etc with the powder apart and mix when needed.

you can bring quick oats (plain in packets or ziploc baggies) and mix them right into your protein shakes. Or get some lean body by labrada shakes (they have the carbs in them already). DRy cereal like Kashi-go-lean in baggies..beef or chicken jerky.. most continental hotel breakfasts offer hard boiled eggs and fruit.
