i have no idea what to order when i go out to eat, usually they have guiltless menus like at chilli's things with 9grams of fat or less..should i just go for the salads as usual? thanks

try looking at the light menus too, most restaurants now offer lighter menus for those who are watching their fat, calorie and carb intake.

Have all the salads and chicken breasts and lean beef (anything that ends with loin is lean) not fried though. Leave off the rice and fries and ask for steamed veggies. It works. Oh ya the salad dressing if you must, ask for it on the side.
