Hi,
I started working out 14 days ago.
I'm 5'9, and I weigh 160lbs.
Two days ago I benched 315lbs (once) 2nd time I needed help lifting it. So I know that this is ok weight. However I'd like to build my arms, biceps. Also I'd like to be able to do more pull ups. Any advice.

Also is that impressive to bench `315 at 160lbs weight. I have never done so in my life. I work out about 1 month out of the year for past 4 years. I mostly play basketball, or had no time for gym. This time I'm taking it seriously.
