Hi,
I'm new to the program and I've noticed that protein is really stressed. How do I get my protein?!? I've been a vegetarian for years and I used to be proud of myself when I got 40g a day. My diet plan requires 123g!! I don't eat any meat or fish and I do not eat eggs (unless they are cooked in something).

I just bought some whey protein powder that you can buy at a health food store. There are chocolate, strawberry and vanilla flavors to choose from and you can blend in extra fruits and ice if you want...

Thanks to both of you. I just realized that someone else posted the same topic. I could have sworn that I scanned carefully...oh well
I have one more problem to add to my list...I live in a dorm and have no blender or kitchen.

No blender needed for the basic whey drink - some health stores even give you a covered cup to make the "shake" in - mixes easily enough. hope this helps
