All I can say is that I am not PRO supplements for High School athletes. College level maybe but when you are young you can get away with eating healthy and exercising. I played High School and College Football and I never took supplements other than multivitamins. In young adults Muscle development should be natural. Just my Opinion.
I agree. Your coach needs to stop buying into product claims and start training your team as they should be trained - supplement-free. This is the first I've heard of the stuff.
