Now, I have read about creatine online but if anyone knows the positives and negatives from personal experience it would be very helpful. I'm 18, male, and I have heard that it helps burn fat and repair muscle faster, but I have also heard it can dehydrate you quickly and give you bad headaches...any help is appreciated, I currently take whey protein shakes, and while I am fine with my muscle mass progression I would like to ditch my belly in the quickest and healthiest way.

Creatine isn't a BELLY DITCHER, it's used to aid in training and in muscle recovery and growth.

You don't need to use it for about a year or so until your pretty sure your gains are at a max and then you can aid your gains with it.

I take Creatine Ethyl Ester and love it and if you drink water during your workouts and during the day your fine with hydration also no headaches from me so far!

Your diet is the BELLY DITCHER and the QUICKEST at it.

Why do people refuse to look into the diet and go for some magical help is beyond me. Belly Fat = Diet 1st and energy exertion 2nd.
