Definately a good time to take out our "agressions" so as to not possibly take it out on something...or someone else!:laugh:
Truthfully, it can help with the pain, bloating, gets those endorphines going, etc. and some relief is better than none! As bothersome as it is, skipping a week out of only the four available in a month can be depressing, and sometimes for some that have difficulty with willpower, it can be an excuse to not work out and then throw in the towel altogether rather than return to it.
