Hey everyone, it's been quite a while since I posted, so I thought I'd drop by and say hi to everyone and see how your doing.
I want to start by saying I am very, very sorry to hear about your loss mutt. I reserve the most precious gift of all to be children and the joy that comes from raising them. My thoughts are with you, as well as my prayers, may you be blessed in the future with another opportunity. It's not much consolation, but I hope the rest of your life is going well.
As for you Raven, I saw your new pics(new to me anyways), and I must say, you are surely not losing it girl, the pics are very good. I also hope all is going well for you.
I couldn't help but notice that we've lost a few moderators. Where this is kind of a bummer I'm glad to see we still have the ones we do. Not to play favorites because I value all there advice, but at a time in my life when I needed it the most, bb1 showed me the way to a new lifestyle and frame of mind. Thank you my friend.
Let me fill you in a little as to what I've been up to, and part of the reason I haven't posted. I've been driving a dumptruck for the last year or so and haven't been taking very good care of myself physically. I actually went from 165lbs. up to 235lbs. I could sit here and try to BS you, and say it was mostly the medication I take, but I know it only played a small role, it was mainly me stuffing my face with the wrong kind of food at the wrong times, etc., etc., etc.
I happened to catch my reflection one day in the glass at Wal-Mart(side view) while I was standing in line at the service desk, and was litterally sick at how bad I had let myself go. I had the classic 8th month belly going on. I went from a 32-34 waist, to a 38, and they were super tight. Ever since then I have been dieting, I am still trying to find time to get a workout routine going but it's tough when your a single parent...I know, I know, I know...wahhhhh! My main focus at present is to get myself back down to a weight I feel comfortable starting at again and I also don't want to start the routine until I know I will stick to it.
I didn't want to post anything, until I could at least show you guys some progress, and that happened tonight. When I got on the scale and broke the 200lb. barrier, it may be by only one pound, but it still counts.
I've been pretty busy lately and don't have much extra time, but I will still drop in from time to time and say hi and occasionally answer a post, mainly just to give support and just keep in touch. I never was really very good with the technical stuff, so I'll leave that up to the professionals.
Before I go, I also want to say hi to Mike(Pensacola), Menace, wrestler, Dfly and anybody else I'm obviously forgetting, there are many more. So many people have helped me here that the list would be quite long so let me just say thanks to all and I wish you well.
Thanks again for everything,
Mojo(John)
