This is my 1st day on here and i have to say this site looks gr8.I am 6 foot tall and 15 stone(about 210 pounds)I have done Taekwondo since i was 9,but i would like to do something new.I want to train hard and bulk up.I have 15 inch arms,but i cant get bigger! If anyone has any good tips please tell me:)

The first and most important tip I can share is to be committed and consistant with your training and nutrition. Nothing will happen overnights, but with hard work and dedication you WILL reach your goals.
