hi! folks..today was my cheat day and i have to say it was hard! i didnt over due it..well i think i didnt..what exactly are boundaries on a cheat day? i mean i ate what i usually eat on a regular day but with a little chocalate and chips here and there! please help! i feel like a fat slob...what can i do or how can i go aobut it? thanks
No don't feel bad about your cheat day or meal. Everybody needs that once in a while, just keep it to max once a week.
When I cheat (what I do quite often unfortunately! )o; I always try to keep it reasonable and I still try to avoid all fatty, sugar or other really baaad food. The days after I eat good and clean.
