When I was little my dad used to "bench press" me. He also used to hold his arm straight out and I would hang from it and he would lift me up. Great shoulder work out and GREAT fun for the kids! He also used to do push ups with me sitting on his back. Ride bikes or go roller blading with the kids. The cardio would be good for your gut. Eat healthy, healthy, healthy!
