Okay so right now I only take a protein supplement and was thinking about taking another one. I was just curious what 1 supplement people would take with protein and why?

Then the next question would be how much body fat do you need to lose?
If you have a lot of BF to lose then I would suggest a good multivitamin and make sure you hit your protein intake along with omegas. Ofcourse doing it naturally is always your best bet, but if that isn't working out for you then protein and omega supplements will work great.
If you need to loose a little BF, and want to gain lean muscle there are a couple of ways to go with that one, that also depends on how much lean muscle you want to gain?
Do you just want definition or are leaning more towards big guns?

Right now I'm about six feet tall and weight usually around 197lbs. I've got a broad build (very wide shoulders & frame) I think I would ideally be around 185lbs, but not sure that would be possible while gaining muscle. I'd say I've got at most 10-15lbs I could loose between my stomach and sides other then that not to much, like a lot of people I'm sure. I am some what happy with my gains so far, I mean I know I could give more in the gym and that accounts for a lot. But not sure if I want something to just push me a little more in the lifting section. And I'd rather have bigger muscles then smaller and defined a six pack would be nice but I'd settle with tight lean abs.

For me, and I this is no way advice as to what you should do, but it would have to be digestive enzymes and creatine.
Of course that will more than likely change whenever I hit that dreaded "plateau" !!!

Great topic. (Mainly because jonnnyko sounds like my long lost twin brother). I'm in the exact same boat. I weigh 197, am 6 ft. 1, but my weight doesn't concern me as much. Just want to get rid of the gut, first and foremost.

By the way, I take a multi-vitamin and Omega 3's. I posted a question in this forum related to the subject... would creatine act as a good fat burner? Like I said, if I gain weight, that's fine. If the weight is muscle. And I changed my diet as well. I started out the year at 217.

Creatine is used to build more muscle, if you are aiming to loose fat, I wouldn't suggest that right off. There are some good fat burners that have been suggested here in the forums, but they are a short term deal and you have to have a good exercise program and healty nutrition in place in order for them to be effective. Try searching the fit buddy below for fat burners. Good Luck! :)
