Well then try this..
1 cup of unprocessed cocoa powder
Splenda to taste ( I used 9 small packs but I like bittersweet chocolate)
and 1/2-1 cup water (start with 1/2 cup)
mix it in a pot over LOW heat until it forms a paste and then add more water to suit. I like mine on oatmeal, brown rice, yogurt or simply my daily pnut butter my finger and goto dipping.
Depending on the amount of water you put in will determine how thick your sauce is. Mine had 48 Grams a carbs for the entire batch which works out to about 1.5 g per tablespoon. NO FAT!
