Hello again my name is Brenda i'm a 42yrs old live in Arizona, I started about 4 yrs ago at 320 pds and now down to 208 my goal weight is 125. I'm more then welling to the exercise just have a question and hope that someone will help me when it says reps 15 and then the next block is how many reps does it want to know how many times I did the 15 reps? thanks for all your help, Good luck :love:

Welcome to FT brenda! You've made some amazing progress thus far, so keep it up! Typically it will have you doing 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise. So if there are 3 boxes to fill, then that will be 3 sets and you can put 15 reps in each. The idea is that if you can easily do 3 sets of 15 reps, then you need to up the wt a bit.
