My wife is about 100 lbs overweight. She just started a cardio/weight routine and a diet. She was told however that there are certain fat burners that will accelerate the process(hydroxycut, pyruvate, etc).
THis info came from a personal trainer. Any thoughts....
fat burners/thermogenics can be helpful but with the amount of weight loss she has to loose i would save your money and really focus on the diet and fitness at this time.....the diet itself will help her metabolism if she sticks too it...maybe when she has 50# or less or to loose you could start trying some of them...this is my personal opinion and from some experience with them...
