my legs are genetically doomed! i'm 5'2 126lbs 37yr old mom of 2. i look great with clothes on! my legs are flabby and have cellulite front and back..i don't know what to do. i just bought a treadmill and run/walk 3 days a week for 30min. can't go to a gym so this is going to have to happen at home. Help!!!
Hi Jeanne and welcome. There is a "free" at home workout routine that you can sign up for at the top of the page. Try that out as well and see how it works for you.
Ravenbeauty makes a good point. Start with something and then if it works, you continue. If not, then you change it up until you find something that works for you.
Although I have to say, you'll be hardpressed to find anything better than the ft programs!!
