can someone tell me a little about the bean. (the one thats on T.V. like is it all what it's cracked up to be and how can i fit that into the fitness plan that was given to me upon signing up?:love:

I've seen it and can't say much about it as I've never used it. But, I would expect it to go by the wayside along with the thighmaster and all of the other "use this product only 5 minutes a day, twice a week and lose 15 inches in 6 days!" type of exercise pieces. I could be wrong, but I think that you can do with a core ball the same things that you can do with a "bean". The core ball is probably cheaper too, so if you don't like it you've invested a lot less. Plus, if you decide that you don't want to use the ball anymore, it makes a great toy for the kids! lol

I saw if briefly for the first time the other day. It just looked like another ball-type piece of equipment. I didn't really stop to watch or find out what it costs--I just go the impression it was along the same lines.
