One time per day is fine 3-4 days a week. Make sure you do a good weight lifting routine, make good sensible changes to your eating and do some cardio. Good Luck

Hi, I just found this site yesterday and hope that it will help me with my goal of loosing weight and getting into shape.
I have a question, how many times a day does everybody exercise?
I would really like help on getting started - i.e. how many times a day do I do the exercises and how much rest between each routine (already filled out and received the exercise schedule)
