hey there everyone. Iam currently doing the gain muscle mass training and was wondering if anyone could tell me what length of time i should be resting between sets.

I read somewhere that two minutes between sets will help you incorporate the most muscle fiber. They say that longer is not necessarily better. The study show no increase in muscle fiber used after three minutes and again two minutes being optimum. The exception is of course if the goal more cardio focused than strength focused. In that case no more that one minute. I hope this helps.
