Question on Eating

Hey guys, I have been following the weight loss and definition programme from this site for the past 2 weeks. Though I have yet to lose weight (in fact I've gained 1 kg) I tend to feel more energetic and it's great! However I do have some questions with meal-planning.

My gym only opens at 10 am and that's the time I go for workouts--one question I have is whether I should eat b4 the workout? or wait until abt an 1 hr after the workout?

This bothers me because if I wait till after the workout, which is generally recommended, my first meal would be at about 12 noon and that would mean my last meal would be at about 10pm (I try to follow a 5 meal schedule). Is this ok?

I'm also using Myoplex Deluxe Powder as a meal replacement supplement and I'm wondering if this is a suitable choice for a weight loss programme.

Lastly, has anyone here followed the Body-For-Life programme before? Is it advisable to switch to it midway through the programme on this site?

Any response is appreciated. Many thanks.

Oh don't starve yourself before training in the morning. Your body needs some fuel for the work out and believe it or not, for the fat burning as well!
Take a breakfast and get enough proteins.

Meal replacements can be smart but if you can try always to get a real meal.

Nope, never tried Body for Life but I know about lots of people having success with it.

Good luck!
