I took a bit of time today and got some advice from OoOGazOoO on another forum and came up with this.
Let me know what you think. Does this look like a diet to get you into single figures with bodyfat percentage.
8am Wake
8:15 caffeine tablet
8.30 30 minute brisk walk
9.00 full bowl bran cerial protein shake 25g protein
11.30 25g mixed nuts 1 whole egg and 3 whites scrabled and an apple 35g protein
1.30 tin of tuna with pasta and light mayo 30g protein
3.00 weight training
4pm protein shake with dextrose/maltodextrin and multivitamins 50g protein
5pm 200g chicken or steak or ham with baquette or rice and table spoon of olive oil mixed in. may need a drop of curry sauce, pees and stuff 50g protein
8pm 25g Mixed Nuts and 150g cottage cheese 15g protein
It ammounts to just over the 200g of protein mark would this be right for someone whos weight is 179pounds?
