Reading some of the posts here, looks like some people wanted to take creatine to help in the process of losing body fat. The posts were somewhat old. Does anyone have any updates if they were successful (or not successful) with creatine helping to lose bf?
I'm curious, I'm not too concerned what my weight will be, just want to shed as much fat as I can, so I bought some creatine. If it sounds like it'll help, I'll try it. If not, I kept the receipt! :)
