Im trying to find out what works for people right b4 they go to the gym to get some added energy, I work outside all day in the Florida sun and get a lil tired come gym time I wanna be hyped!any comments would be nice thanks in advance :dumbbell:

wow, it's been a while since i've seen you post. Welcome back. I always usually go for a nice cup of java or green tea, but that is just me. The caffeine gives me that extra boost. :)
